Access to different areas of the dialler is also restricted with strong usernames, passwords and user groups. Data is stored across multiple servers in one of our ISO 9001 standard data centres, which employ strict physical security.
Finally, we whitelist all our servers to restrict access to solely your offices and ours, so your agents and staff will not be able to access it from home without your authorisation.
