Blue Telecoms doesn't rent a cage in someone else's facility. We built our own data centre from the ground up at Blue HQ — purpose-designed for telecoms hosting.

Blue HQ was built to give us complete control over every layer of our infrastructure — from the physical environment to the network core.

With capacity for over 5,000 clients, this is the engine room behind every Blue Telecoms service. Every call, every connection, every AI interaction flows through infrastructure we own and manage ourselves.

Blue HQ is built on redundant, carrier-neutral fibre connections with multiple diverse routes — but that's just the start.

We operate a mirror facility just 10 miles away, running on entirely different upstream providers. If Blue HQ lost all connectivity — an event we've never experienced — the mirror site takes over seamlessly.

Beyond that, we also mirror to London Docklands as a third resilience site, giving us geographic diversity across South Wales and London. Three facilities, three sets of providers, true disaster recovery — not just a plan on paper.

Blue HQ houses our in-house Network Operations Centre (NOC), staffed by a UK-based team with deep telecoms expertise. Every piece of infrastructure is monitored around the clock — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our NOC team doesn't just wait for things to break. Proactive monitoring and incident response means we identify and resolve potential issues before they ever impact a client. Anomalies are flagged, investigated, and addressed in real time.

This isn't outsourced to a third-party monitoring centre. Our NOC team knows our infrastructure inside out because it's theirs.

Security

ISO 27001 certified. Physically secure.

Blue HQ is ISO 27001 certified, meeting the international standard for information security management. This certification covers our entire data centre operation — from physical access controls to data handling procedures.

Physical security includes CCTV surveillance, multi-factor access control, and restricted entry to all critical areas. Only authorised personnel can access the facility, and every entry is logged and monitored.

Environmental monitoring systems continuously track temperature, humidity, and airflow throughout the facility — ensuring optimal conditions for all hosted equipment at all times.
